As the rain fell and bats flew, the Sluggers were given a 4th-inning reprieve as the game was called due to unsafe conditions against the Batpak at a soggy ALSAA sports complex.

In a 180-degree turnaround from last week, the Sluggers pressured the Batpak to hit while 4 Batpak starters were on vacation. It took less than an hour to find out that defense can win games for the Sluggers.
